Deliver Information

Below you will find the average delivery time for all our packages:

• After an order has been placed, we need 1 to 3 business days to process the order. During the week, this usually takes just one business day, but if you order on a Friday evening or at the weekend, it may take a little longer.

• Once your order has been processed, it will be shipped. Delivery takes an average of 5 to 15 business days. We strive to make the ordering and delivery process as easy as possible for our customers. However, if you have any questions or concerns, please contact our customer service team at any time. Below we explain how your order will be processed and delivered.

Placing an Order

The ordering process at Aptxstore designed to be as simple as possible. First, go to the product page and add the desired product to your shopping cart. To do so, click the "Add to Cart" button.

It is important that you check that you have selected the correct variants. If everything is correct, click "Proceed to Checkout." On the information page, you must enter the correct address information. Make sure all information is correct. Once all details have been entered, click "Proceed to Shipping."

On the "Shipping" page, you have the opportunity to double-check the address information you entered. Please also note that every shipment is shipped completely free of charge. As a token of our appreciation to our customers, we always cover the shipping and delivery costs. You can now click the "Proceed to Payment" button.
